Independents: I’m still amazed this thing actually lights up.

Like, if you want to ignite the magical feeling of a 5 year old and his or her first watch then adding some lights seems like a great idea.

TimeOut: Jose…

At this point he’s the forgotten man. But that first run at Chelsea was something.

TimeOut: I’m so glad that Jurgen is a red…

Let’s not let the day pass without acknowledging the end of an era. Sad to see the end, but happy to have been here to experience it. Something more important than watches… YNWA

IWC: I would take any of them.

I think each look amazing. And the lugs, yes not for everyone or every watch but visually it adds something. I feel like these watches fit very well for my taste today. 20 years ago, perhaps not.

Audemars Piguet: Thanks for explaining Anthony.

What a super cool watch. To have the ability to do something like that with a brand like AP is obviously extremely rare if not impossible these days. Not that any old watch buyer could do it back then either, but certainly the doors of the brands were much more open.

Omega: Congrats Abel.

I managed to see it on release day, happened to drop into a Boutique overseas and they did have one. I was smitten too. I could see myself choosing this over the modern Daytona for certain, it’s a far more appealing package. Maybe in the future. Enjoy it.
