(Miami, FL- April 7, 2014) - Audemars Piguet celebrated the US launch of the Royal Oak Offshore collection tonight at the The Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). Joining Xavier Nolot, CEO of Audemars Piguet North America, was global brand ambassador and basketball superstar LeBron James.

Introduced in 1993, the Royal Oak Offshore is the extreme sports version of the iconic Royal Oak design and was most noted for its aggressive 42mm case size. The PAMM; designed by Prtizker Prizing-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, was the perfect setting to showcase a retrospective of timepieces from the company’s museum in Le Brassus, Switzerland documenting the design evolution of the Royal Oak Offshore collection from its introduction until today.
After viewing a dynamic video about the collection, guests were able to view the newest timepieces including the Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph 42mm, Royal Oak Offshore Diver and Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph 44mm; the latter two offered in stunning white ceramic.
