exibition in Florence (few years ago) where you could see the whole Panerai production inside an historical palace. At the end of the exibition room, there was a working desk setting where a master carver, engraved the case before your eyes. That was also the last invitation I accepted to a Panerai official funtion, in Florence. The last one (invitation) I gladly accepted, was to go see the factory in Neuchatel. After that no more functions for me

And even though these watches aren’t as hyped any more (which is a good thing imo) they are instantly recognizable and wear so well. I’ve had this beauty for over 20 years. Still love wearing it. And love winding it even more! ...

workmanship. I've seen the carving technique live in Florence and it's no picnic. The end result, for me, it's a bit over the top. I prefer the 604. After all less is more,when it comes to Panerai. Happy Earter to whoever celebrates this festivity
