Love the RO but not so much the ROO due to size. Always found the Jules Audemars line horologically interesting but didn’t like the aesthetics. The Starwheel, including the new Code version is Uber cool and unique IMHO.

I love the tone of the titanium and the grey sub dials on this model versus the steel version. Your pics are great!

It is an extraordinary movement trapped in an otherwise plain package. You have to really love the technical aspects to justify it. The enamel dial is beautifully executed but overall it just lacked the wow factor for me.

This is an extraordinary and rare piece, I’ve been close a few times on this one but can’t quite get over the dimensions. Did you have a Dato Up/Down prior? If so any thoughts on the size?

Will inevitably result in scratches. If this bothers you, don’t wear it. That would probably be missing the point of the whole experience, so I highly recommend wearing it, scratching it, and forgetting about it as you experience life with it on your wrist. I loved Lange. I bought pieces new from an AD, pieces from renowned auction houses and even grey market (gasp). When Lange shifted to boutique sales, I walked into a boutique thinking I’d be a valued customer, only to be relegated to “we don’t know you”. It was a shock to realize even if you owned m
